I left a review on fb, but I’ll drop one here too. This is 100% worth the money. If you stop for a second and think about what’s gone into this and how it was sourced, it’s an absolute bargain. The bevel is absolutely perfect, it’s definitely going to be around long after you’re gone, but is nice and light while be perfectly balanced. They really did do a great job on this. It’s also a work of art. Spend your money with these folks instead of a giant company that makes everything overseas while actively lobbying for your demise in the political arenas. Try one, you’ll love it!

I’m so impressed with this spatula. I wasn’t aware I could feel this way about a kitchen tool. It has a great weight in the hand and feels super solid. The machines build gives it a really nice, precise feel. It slides under food easily and just feels good to cook with. Definitely one of the sturdiest items in my kitchen and built to last decades.
