MILLRITE began with a simple idea. Kitchen tools should not be disposable. They should feel solid in your hand, perform without compromise, and last for a lifetime of everyday use.

We are a family run business based in Idaho, USA. From the beginning, we have believed in doing things the right way, which for us means careful engineering, intentional design, and thoughtful decisions at every step. We work closely with local partners and small scale manufacturers who take pride in their craft. Keeping production close to home allows us to support our community and stay connected to every step of what we make. Everything we make is made in the USA because we believe in building things here, with people here, and supporting the communities we are part of.

We started MILLRITE because we were tired of tools that bend, warp, and get replaced over and over again. We wanted to create something we were proud to use and could one day pass down. Something that would add to the cooking experience. Built with care, precision, and intention. Tools with heirloom quality, made to be used every day and strong enough to span generations.

At the center of everything we do is a respect for craft and for the people who use our tools. Some of the most meaningful moments in life happen around the table with friends, family, and community, and we wanted to support that experience. We believe the tools in those spaces should be worthy of the role they play.
